JC Auto Design Shipping Policy

All orders ship using US Postal Service with tracking numbers provided through your cart transaction.

Shipping is included for free for US addresses within the 50 US states unless otherwise noted on the purchase page.

US Territories and APO addresses will be charged the following rates based on the quantity of items purchased. The more items purchase, the lower your shipping becomes:
1 Item...................$4.00
2 Items.................$2.00
3 or more items....$FREE

International shipping will need to be quoted manually. In order to do so, please send us a message through the CONTACT page with your desired order and shipping address.

If you are unsure of what your shipping rate will be, you will be able to preview the rates on the checkout screen before placing your order.

JC Auto Design Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns:
Order Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return: up to 15% restocking fee, plus all associated shipping charges (including the original shipping and the return shipping charges).
Items may only be returned in brand new condition. Any item returned in used condition will result in additional restocking fees up to 100% of the item price.
Refunds may take up to 5 days to process through PayPal after your return has been received back to JC Auto Design.

Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. A standard 10% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled before shipping. (This covers the cost of PayPal and other fees as a result of the cancelled order.)
Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can not be cancelled, and must be processed as a return.
(Orders cancelled after the tracking number has been issued, but before the package has actually been dropped off are only responsible for the restocking fee and initial shipping charge.)
Refunds may take up to 5 days to process through PayPal.

Digital Download License Policy

This file is available under a personal-use license. That means:

​You are authorized to:

• Print and use the 3D prints of the 3D model for private use, in unlimited quantity;
• Share the images of your 3D prints of the 3D model on communication media such as social networks or websites.

You are not authorized to:

• Engage in commercial use or public sharing of the 3D model;
• Engage in modification or adaptation of the 3D model for public sharing or sale;
• Engage in distribution, sale, donation or exchange of the digital files of the 3D model.
